Saturday fun and our first day of vacation !!

Ok, trying to catch up on posts .. these are kind of random.. fun day with the girls at a little kids music festival when they got their face painted, a fun day with lilja's best friend violet and a mommy daughter day including the 10 pub chocolate we won.. oh yes that was some day !!

Angelina, abrianna and lilja .. they are also adoptive girls so they gave something special in common .. interesting to ov er hear their conversations 

Lilja ofcourse had to design her own butterfly colors .. never the same like everyone else 

Lilja and violet are true buddies. They have similar personalities that can be interesting sometimes, but then they can be the silliest girls ever !!

We made fruit smoothies .. they had to pit the cherries.  What a mess !!

Ok, this picture is out of order .. but aran is dissecting a 10 pound chocolate bar we won. Oh yes... 10 pounds !!

Lilja found some money on our walkibg trail..which I think actually was mine, but we have a finders keepers rule.. well, I compromised and lilja could chose what she wanted to do for the day ..we went doggy walking in the most muddy area so she could run through puddles, we went to eat sushi, to the children's museum and got a candy apple at the chocolate factory.. the money went a long way, kind of...however we came home with the 10 pound chocolate bar because the factory celebrated their 35th anniversary .. wow !# it is so good !

Sushi !! Lilja's favorite .. seaweed salad, salmon roll, Mido soup and edemame .  And yes it was way more than they money she foubd, but oh well, look at that smile !!

Walking doggies at turtle lake , the muddied place of all.. she came prepared .. rainbows and all. It had rained all day but just as we started walking it stopped and we had an amazing fun walk. Lilja kept running and we walked for an hour and a half !! Lucky fogs, lucky me !!

Oh yes, can't go over it, can't go under it.. gotta go through it !!

Pure bliss.. so fun. Really looking forward to this summer just her and I !!

fun sunday !!

Great Sunday today !! We had some snuggle time in the morning, a great adventure walk at the lake to find things for our fairy house making , we made cute fairy houses as a family, worked in the yard and made my flower beds pretty again ( almost done ) and had some fun in the sprinklers .. and yes, she first went under the sprinklers with her bathing suit and rain coat.. then decided the umbrella was better ..yep, that's my genius of a daughter

Do you see my hard work on the right !# this year I am determined to have a beautiful garden.. last year went to the waste side with my hysterectomy. .so it is due !!

Lilja is all into fairies this year , so we wanted to make some fairy houses out of things from nature . We all three made one each, so fun and harder than you think. I will posted the end result later on 

Aran hurt his back but still was a trooper and joined the adventure / treasure hunt

Last day of kindergarten

Today was lilja's last day of kindergarten. she got a certificate for being the super reader of the class . I feel she ended the year on a very relaxed, fun note and is even sad to say goodbye to to her classmates.her tteacher did the best she could witj a very tough class , but she really loved lilja and gave her lots of extra attention and love . Here's to a whole summer of travels, fun mommy/daughter times and for lilja...learning to swim !!

So lilja had her first real ballet performance at our big fort lewis concert hall.. they really take it serious !! She did great . As the song started all the girls stood there quietly and then you see lilja jumping excitedly up and down, so excited . This week she had photos, rehearsal and now two performances in a row.. she is tired but holding string . Grandma got her to see her performance , and lilja was so excited !

She got one flower from me, one from aran and one from grandma and from grandpa.. Tommorrow brigitte and opa and oma will "give" her roses
