We started a trick class with pip and unfortunately I forgot to take photos because we were so busy teaching pip little tricks but the best part of the night was when Lilj

a met Mabel the little mini pig who knows most of the tricks that pip is learning through this class Lilja is in love!

Pip the tiny sheep herder

We took Pip sheepherding yesterday he was doing great in the little Corral but Christine thought he was getting bored and he was ready to go into the big space. At first as you can see in the second video, that he ran back to me as a little mama's boy so I needed to go into the Corral with him, lthen he became the self-confident boy we know and love. he did amazing!! Christine has a stick in her hand that she hits in front of him for him to switch directions so you can really see him following her directions surprisingly well. She wants to work with him because it seems like he really IS enjoying himself and is doing an amazing job. I love hearing Lewis voice in the first video for her to root tip on so cute !!!

Lilja's first hunting day

Not sure who was more excited to go hunting together..aran or lilja 

All dressed up in camouflage just like daddy .. but when he wanted to put a beany on her head she said . "No daddy, that would not look cute !" Aran's response was something like .."hunting is not about looking cute" but he let her have her cap on 

Her smile is becoming normal again. Teeth are growing !!

Aran shot the gun a couple of times yesterday just so lilja could get used to the sound . He is such a great teacher !

They did not shoot a turkey, but did see one . Next weekend won't come too soon. Lilja realky liked it. Such a nature girl. Mom is going to be twirling her thumbs at home during hunting season from now on.  Fyi..I went hunting once with aran.. he told me I even walk loud , never got invited again .. my plan worked !!
